Haja Sheriff is a Regional Director with over 17 years experience in leading IT MNC’s, with a consistent overachievement track record. Responsible for driving US$170M of software revenue for Microsoft, through the indirect channels, Haja specializes in strategic thinking & execution to achieve the Business Goals. With a deep knowledge of building channels across Software (ranging from the entire Microsoft Stack to the IBM Middleware), and Hardware (Mid Range systems, PC’s and Peripherals), Haja has built the ability to focus on execution excellence to drive results across his career. A hands-on Manager, Haja was promoted to Director Partners in Microsoft within 5 months of joining, Haja has been proactively driving strategic go-to-market plans, using formal Planning Sessions with the partners and working on plans with them to achieve results. A member of Mensa Worldwide, Haja is a winner of numerous awards with a consistent overachievement track record.

On the personal front, Haja is based out of Singapore. He is married and has 2 daughters. He looks forward to moving back to India in the next few years.
