An accomplished executive, Mr. Hans Johannes Schulte currently serves as the President and CEO of Carbon Credits International, Inc. In this position, Hans Schulte provides companies throughout the world with industry-leading energy efficiency audits and consulting services. After determining a company’s energy efficiency needs, Hans Schulte works with his clients to install and utilize energy efficient equipment from Carbon Reducer Industries, Ltd. of Bangkok, Thailand, and Carbon Reducer Industries Sdn. Bhd. of Johor Bahru, Malaysia, two companies with which Carbon Credits International maintains exclusive contracts.

In auditing clients, Hans Johannes Schulte analyzes all aspects of their internal operations, including energy consumption, energy bills, and existing energy infrastructures. After completing a thorough audit, Hans Schulte works with a company’s management to implement a fully customized energy efficiency solution. A unique facet of Carbon Credits International is its innovative ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contract), which allows Carbon Credits International to receive a portion of its clients’ monthly energy savings in order to pay for the installation and implementation of their energy efficiency solutions over an extended period.

Under Hans Johannes Schulte’s leadership, Carbon Credits International is seeking to extend its reach to include relationships with large energy service companies (ESCOs). Through his work with ESCOs, Hans Schulte hopes to win significant project contracts within the public sector and advance the growth of energy efficient business models around the world.
