Helen Pine is a Management Consultant at Federal Management Partners, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to improving the effectiveness of the federal government through better project management. Before moving to FMP, Helen worked with William Rigg (another management consulting company) as a receptionist. She attended the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate work and is now at George Washington University for her graduate work. She will earn a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2008.
