An experienced and successful real estate broker, Henry Manoucheri has served for 11 years as the Chief Executive Officer of his own real estate investment and development business, Universe Holdings Development Co. LLC. Mr. Manoucheri also leads the affiliated company Global Integrity Realty Corporation. Henry Manoucheri began working in real estate while he was still an undergraduate student at California State University, Northridge. After attaining his real estate license, Mr. Manoucheri worked part time selling apartment complexes until his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate in 1985.

He then accepted a position as a broker at Marcus & Millichap, where he remained for 15 years. During his career with Marcus & Millichap, Henry Manoucheri became one of the firm’s top brokers, both locally and nationally, and handled more than $500 million worth of transactions. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, brokering the sale and purchase of industrial buildings, shopping centers, land, office buildings, and apartment complexes.

In early 2000, Henry Manoucheri left Marcus & Millichap to open his own acquisitions business. Mr. Manoucheri began with around 400 units, which he quickly expanded into 1,100 units over the course of less than 6 months. Having demonstrated his skill in real estate, he then developed a partnership with Bank of America, assisting the company in acquiring and renovating a large multi-unit residence. After only four years, Mr. Manoucheri sold the complex to Marcus & Millichap, doubling the bank’s investment and earning a substantial profit for other investors.

Throughout his 22 years of experience in the real estate business, Henry Manoucheri has demonstrated skill in navigating difficult economic times, reducing expenses, and increasing revenue. Currently, Mr. Manoucheri employs more than 150 people and routinely earns a healthy profit for his investors.
