Mr. Indraneil Banerjee has served with Wells Fargo since 2005, most recently as a Product Manager with the company’s insurance arm. In this position, Indraneil Banerjee manages all product launches, including coordination with affiliate channels. For each new product and brand, Indraneil Banerjee emphasizes Return on Investment and sets and works toward performance targets for revenue, market share, and profitability. Collaborating with the Wells Fargo research and development team, Indraneil Banerjee develops the specifications and standards for each product to ensure quality and marketability. Indraneil Banerjee also directly oversees the delivery of new products, addressing schedule, cost, and functionality issues. Following through with each product and brand launch, Indraneil Banerjee tracks performance and customer response to improve upon current product lines and direct new product development. Before becoming a Product Manager for Wells Fargo, Indraneil Banerjee was a Senior Client Consultant, acting as the primary contact for the account team. Responsible for quarterly labor and client profitability reports, Indraneil Banerjee helped to identify and forecast trends. As a Senior Client Consultant, Indraneil Banerjee developed commentary for all markets and divisions in order to promote greater insight into each business. Responsible for quality assurance, Indraneil Banerjee handled inquiries and complaints from clients about financial products and services and resolved problems relating to billing, accounts, and transactions. At Wells Fargo, Indraneil Banerjee also serves as the Chair of the Asian Connection TMN, a Wells Fargo Team Member Network group allowing employees to experience and understand Asian culture through community-building and internal company events. Indraneil Banerjee also assists the Asian Connection TMN in its efforts to promote diversity and further education, career, and leadership opportunities for its members. Focusing on issues facing Asian Americans, the Asian Connection TMN also acts as a support group for its members, offering networking, coaching, and mentoring.
