Ioannis Neocleous brings to the table over 14 years of experience in handling international legal disputes in such areas as: international criminal law, international tax law, international collections, complex corporate structures, and immigration law. Originally hailing from Nicosia, the capital and largest city on the island of Cyprus, Mr. Neocleous has established and maintained an international legal presence through the founding of NCI Law Group (of which he is Managing Partner), Neocleous & Neocleous law firm and NCI Finance Group. NCI Law is an international law firm that exists specifically to serve the needs of businesses, governments, non-profit organizations, and individual clients from all across the globe. Mr. Neocleous, as an instrumental part in crafting the firm’s commitment to guiding clients, helps them go through legal issues that affect not only financing, but also operations. Mr. Neocleous believes that every client situation is unique and he enjoys the challenge of providing answers to the questions clients bring him. To that end, he understands and respects the importance of planning legal and financial affairs, and measures the firm’s success by the success of its clients and the longevity of their relationships with the firm. Ioannis J. Neocleous graduated from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England with an LL.B. (Honors) degree. He later continued his education at the University of Sussex, acquiring the Masters of Philosophy degree in International Criminal Law. During this time he also taught Human and Civil Rights at the University of Sussex. Mr. Neocleous holds international graduate diplomas from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy (European Union Law), and the University of Ottawa, Canada (Canada National Committee on Accreditation, Canadian Law). Ioannis is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), the Cyprus Bar Association (CyBar), and the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
