He later continued his education at the University of Sussex, acquiring the Masters of Philosophy degree in International Criminal Law. During this time he also taught Human and Civil Rights at the University of Sussex. Mr. Neocleous holds international graduate diplomas from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy (European Union Law), and the University of Ottawa, Canada (Canada National Committee on Accreditation, Canadian Law). Ioannis is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), the Cyprus Bar Association (CyBar), and the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
