Ira Gleser is an accomplished marketing and communications professional who possesses 25 years of experience. Ira Gleser most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Tools and Hardware division of Newell Rubbermaid. In this role, Ira Gleser managed the internal communications, creative services, and event/PR team supporting four brands at this $500+ million division. Ira Gleser also established numerous partnerships with advertising, marketing, and public relations firms. Successful marketing programs developed by Ira Gleser and his team included a successful online promotion for VISE-GRIP and a re-launch of the SHUR-LINE brand, a $230 million paint tools and accessories business. Ira Gleser also worked on a merchandising project with Lowe’s that improved the painting tools merchandising area and heightened the consumer shopping experience.

Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Ira Gleser maintained a position at Charles Schwab & Co. Ira Gleser acted as a Field Marketing Director within the firm’s Retail Division. Ira Gleser provided marketing support to 75 branch offices in 14 states. During his tenure, Ira Gleser greatly enhanced the use of marketing programs to drive growth in client retention, brand awareness, and new business to Schwab. Thanks to the marketing leadership provided by Ira Gleser, marketing programs generated $700,000 in new assets to the firm for every $1,000 spent on marketing programming.

Ira Gleser previously applied his expertise to optimize the growth of his own company. In 2002, Ira Gleser founded Marketing Solutions, a well-regarded consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Ira Gleser utilized his marketing savvy to the utmost degree, shaping brand communications and promotional concepts for notable corporations in the beverage, restaurant, food service, and leisure industries. In this capacity, Ira Gleser worked with marketing teams on the development and evolution of brand strategies for Coca-Cola, Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesday, Tyson Foods, and MGM Mirage.
