Mr. Jack Naiman is the President of American Real Estate Development. An expert in developing medical, business, and retail real estate, Jack Naiman has developed over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate over the course of his career. Particularly adept at developing health clubs, Jack Naiman is the founder of The Sporting Clubs of America, a group of some of the largest and most luxurious health clubs in North America. Mr. Naiman has also won a number of awards for his work. Jack Naiman built his first health and fitness center in 1973 and since that time, Jack Naiman has undertaken increasingly larger projects. Today, the centers comprising The Sporting Clubs of America have a combined worth of over $300 million. In addition to his work with sports clubs, Jack Naiman received critical acclaim for his work on buildings such as the San Diego Tech Center in San Diego, California. An alumnus of Michigan State University and Kent University, Jack Naiman graduated with his Bachelor’s degree. A dedicated student, Jack Naiman served as President of the IRC and played a key role in bringing the Winds of Change in Emerging Nations conference to the university. In his limited spare time, Jack Naiman enjoys playing tennis, scuba diving, and collecting primitive art. An enthusiastic traveler, Jack Naiman particularly enjoys delving into places unknown, such as the more remote areas of Africa. Mr. Jack Naiman currently resides in Del Mar, California.
