Investigator and fraud detection expert Jack Nasep possesses wide-ranging experience and skills relevant to his career. Nasep holds multiple professional credentials, including accreditation as a Senior Claims Law Associate and a Certified Fraud Examiner, and certification of completion of advanced fire investigation training with the ATF.

Jack Nasep possesses an Associate degree in Police Science from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. In 2002, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a concentration in E-Business, at the University of Phoenix, Inc. In addition to his academic studies, Jack Nasep completed coursework at the National Insurance Crime Training Academy and the National Insurance Crime Bureau’s Medical Fraud Academy.

Jack Nasep began his career in 1999 as a Juvenile Detention Officer at Pima County Juvenile Court Center in Tucson, Arizona. He maintained a log of disciplinary reports and processed new arrivals, in addition to assisting with the skill development of detainees. While still in Arizona, Nasep joined Misys Healthcare Systems, where he served as a Client Support Analyst. His duties included delivering high-quality customer service, representing the company in the resolution of client disputes, and supporting information systems and hardware connections for hospitals throughout the world.

In 2003, Jack Nasep relocated to Wisconsin and worked as a bank teller in Manitowoc. He employed his customer service experience and administrative skills in processing transactions and selling banking services.

In 2005, Jack Nasep moved to Las Vegas, where he worked with American Family Insurance as a Casualty Claims Representative. He served in this position for two years before he became a Field Investigator, and eventually earned a promotion to Senior Investigator. In the most expansive role of his career, he demonstrated communication and leadership skills, assisted in guiding the company’s staff, and performed an array of investigative tasks.
