With over two decades of executive-level experience, Jack Tindal is a highly motivated human resources manager. Tindal works with Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc., as Vice President of Human Resources for North America and is a member of the company’s global human resources team. Responsible for directing and recruiting talent for all North American staffing operations, Jack Tindal directs a team of 21 human resources professionals operating throughout the continent, aligning staffing and employment goals with Firstsource’s overall business objectives. He also serves as a strategic business partner with upper management throughout the United States and India.

At the beginning of his career in management, Jack Tindal as accepted a position as Regional Human Resources Director with the Mediplex Group, Inc., a $170 million health care corporation employing over 22,000 people throughout the nation. During his 12 years with the company, Tindal progressed to the positions of Divisional and National Director of Human Resources. After the company merged with Sun Healthcare Group, Inc., he functioned as Vice President of Human Resources in Ancillary Services, Senior Vice President of Human Resources in Inpatient Services, and ultimately Chief Administrative Officer of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. Tindal was responsible for a budget of $3.8 million and a staff of 28 human resource generalists, and he succeeded in saving the corporation millions of dollars through company-wide downsizing efforts, negotiations with unions, and labor relations in 36 facilities. Additionally, he consolidated employee benefit plans, improving coverage and employee satisfaction while also cutting annual benefit costs by $8 million.

With his successful background in human resources management, Jack Tindal was recruited for executive positions at other companies in the health care industry. Before accepting his current position with Firstsource Solutions Ltd., Jack Tindal acted as Vice President of Human Resources with MedExpress Urgent Care for a year and half, during which time he improved the oversight of human resource functions to better serve the fast-growing company. Prior to this position, he joined the MedAssist Group, Inc., as Vice President of Human Resources, in which capacity he repositioned the human resources department for growth and reduced staff turnover by 22 percent.
