With more than a decade of experience in diverse IT and financial consulting positions, James Ryan Hadlock serves as Senior Director of National Causes and Strategic Partnerships with DealsThatMatter.com. Mr. Hadlock’s role involves positioning nonprofit organization partners as premier vendors and helping them grow their online marketing presences through e-mail and daily deals strategies. He guides the entire client partnership process, from point of contact to implementation of measures that nurture cash flow-positive marketing opportunities.

Prior to taking a position with DealsThatMatter.com, James Ryan Hadlock held the position of Client Partner with Orem, Utah-based Red Tree Inc. In this position, he specialized in sales and marketing, developing strong relations with new and existing clients. He successfully provided keynote speeches and training workshops that met corporate requirements, also remotely training and certifying facilitators to deliver workshops to their organizations. Mr. Hadlock brought significant revenue streams to Red Tree, including a yearly continuing contract with the firm’s largest single client.

James Ryan Hadlock founded and managed the many services of R.G. Griffin Consulting, Ltd. from 2004 to 2010. He undertook sales and marketing as well as mortgage lending, handling all office and administrative functions. Mr. Hadlock focused on providing clients with loan and investment vehicles tailored to their specific needs. Utilizing automated dialer lists for generating leads, he facilitated millions of dollars in residential loans for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He offered veterans opportunities to reduce debt burdens or qualify for mortgage loans at attractive rates.

James Ryan Hadlock’s initial professional specialization was in IT systems development, management, and process improvement. In this capacity, he worked for six years with Intel Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Hadlock’s educational background includes a B.A. in Finance from The University of Utah in Salt Lake City and a dual MBA degree in Business Management and Information Management from Arizona State University’s campus in Tempe.

In his free time, James Ryan Hadlock enjoys a wide range of outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, swimming, soccer, off-road triathlons, and mountain bike racing. He supports the charitable and community efforts of nonprofit organizations such as the Utah Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity International, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
