Jay is a marketing/business development consultant working for a ‘community search’ startup called Linqia. He has a bachelor of business marketing and over 7 years experience designing and implementing digital campaigns, products and services.

Jay recently got married and moved from Melbourne Australia to Barcelona with his wife.

Jay has a passion for the web, and is constantly looking for projects that use this medium to improve peoples lives. He is also interested in working within a startup environment.

Asside from work Jay loves snowboarding, travelling, cooking, camping…and Kate (his wife).

    My role as Marketing and Commercialization Manager within the Innovation Program saw me oversee product design, development and commercialization of a range of online ideas incubated through Deloitte Australia’s Innovation Program. This included: - VizzlTM: A flexible and scaleable data visualisation tool that uses custom animation and filters to provide a highly intuitive and visual search experience. - The Innovation ZoneTM: Deloitte’s latest innovation software offering. A product focussed on inspiring innovation; capturing ideas, facilitating effective collaboration and providing a powerful reward and recognition scheme.
  		• Eclipse 2005 - 2006
    Senior Online Consultant
    - Prepared and delivered online strategies for a range of clients. This included devising a Single Point of Access (SPA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) roadmap for the Australian Federal Government. - Facilitated requirements gathering and user-centered design sessions. Clients included: Coles Online, Telstra, and the Victorian Transport Accident Commission (TAC). - Transformed user needs and business requirements in into wireframes and functional specifications. These documents provided designers and developers with a clear recipe for successful solutions.
