Jay Frohwirth is the owner and general manager of Easy Method Driving School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the largest driving school in the state. When he acquired the driving school in 1991, it was a small business with six cars. Under Mr. Frohwirth’s leadership, the company has steadily grown over the past twenty years to become an operation that employs over thirty people and negotiates over one million dollars in sales per year.

By developing and originating a marketing plan that reintroduced formalized drivers’ training into the Milwaukee public school system, Jay Frohwirth was able to produce measurable success for the Easy Method Driving School. As a result, he developed similar driving training programs in another twelve suburban school districts. For more than two decades, Mr. Frohwirth has directly recruited, hired, and trained sales personnel. By operating his business with an old-fashioned work ethic that an employee earns raises based on performance, Mr. Frohwirth has experienced very little workforce turnover during his ownership of the business.

Jay Frohwirth attended Milton College in Milton, Wisconsin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. He is a community-oriented business owner, offering free evaluations for local senior citizens who are in danger of losing their licenses and presenting monthly seminars to educate parents on new driver training laws in Wisconsin. Additionally, Mr. Frohwirth is a major contributor to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, which provides food, shelter, education, and training to homeless individuals in the Milwaukee area. He also has a great compassion for the care of animals, and supports two community humane societies with regular donations.
