Jedediah Wakefield is Chair of the Trademark Litigation Group of Fenwick & West LLP.Mill Valley, CaliforniaAs Chair of the Trademark Litigation Group of Fenwick & West LLP, Jedediah Wakefield’s practice includes intellectual property and complex commercial litigation as well as internal and regulatory investigations. He has worked on cases involving rights of publicity, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets. Jedediah Wakefield represents both plaintiffs and defendants in cases across the United States, in federal and state courts. As a result of his diligence and success, he was recognized as a top lawyer by World Trademark Review 1000 and Super Lawyers. He has handled cases for clients such as Google, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, Intel, and Intuit. Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Jedediah Wakefield accepted a judicial externship under the Honorable Judge James Ware in the United States District Court. He was admitted to practice by the State Bar of California and also maintains memberships with the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and studied English at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated with highest honors and joined Phi Beta Kappa.
