Born in 1959 in Ohio, Jeffrey Jenkins grew up in Centerville & Washington Township. He graduated from The Miami Valley School in 1977. After a year of traveling in the Western US, Jeff was injured in a motorcycle accident in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1978. While recovering he attended Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Aftter moving to Pensacola Florida, Jeff pursued various projects, eventually graduating from Pensacola Junior College in 1984 & then The University of West Florida in 1986 with a B.A. in Legal Administration. He worked half-heartedly on a Masters in Public Administration before eventually moving to Fort Lauderdale in 1989. After working in Call Center Operations, Jeff eventually followed his true passion (computers) into a career in Information Technology. He was the Network Administrator for Lens Express for more than five years, eventually resigning to work in the Adult website industry. During that time he moved to Boca Raton, Florida.

Eventually Jeff started his own company, picking up clients one at a time and building a business based on trust and promises delivered.

In 2007, at the urging of his accountant, he finally incorporated as Computer Problems Gone, Inc. Today he oversees a team of talented subcontractors and continues to provide a needed service in South Florida.
