Jennifer
Chiongbian

Senior Associate Broker

New York, New York

Jennifer Chiongbian began her career in residential real estate sales in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003. Jennifer works hard and diligently on the behalf off her clients because this is a long-term career for her, so she works hard to maintain an impassioned focus on customer service while doing what she loves to do: helping others to fulfill their real estate dreams.

Jennifer came to Manhattan in 1995 from the Philippines; completed an associate’s degree in baking and pastry at the Culinary Institute of America. She has owned and operated pastry shops in the Philippines and Las Vegas, Nevada. Jennifer is no stranger to hard work, working weekends and long hours, she says, “Having worked in the service industry for over 15 years, I learned to put my clients’ needs and wants above all else and do whatever it takes to get the job done right.” Being a trained pastry chef for over 10 years has also honed her skills with fine attention to detail and diligent focus on her projects.

The service industry is second nature to Jennifer, and she understands that her client’s needs come first, followed by essential relationship building and maintenance, in order to forge the trust necessary for a successful long-term relationship. Jennifer says, “Keeping in touch with my clients long after a sale or rental is closed and finding out how they are doing, is key to ensuring that my clients know that they have an advocate in the real estate industry now, and in the future enabling me to be their broker for life. I also uphold myself to the highest standards of integrity and honesty, and I have influenced those around me to take the same quality approach in life.” She is a good listener who takes other people’s concerns to heart in addition to being friendly, optimistic and upbeat.

As a young girl, Jennifer played semi-professional tennis and was ranked number one and two simultaneously, in two separate age groups in the Philippines; and continued to train at Nick Bollettieri’s Tennis Academy in Florida. This taught her discipline and focus at a very young age; as well as the tenacity, strength and spirit to keep fighting for her goals. Having lived all over the world, Jennifer has become flexible and resourceful in whatever situation she comes across, as well as tolerant and understanding of all cultures and people.

She holds a BA and a minor in French studies from De La Salle University (Philippines) and maintains a paralegal certification from the University of Las Vegas; she is currently finishing her master’s in criminal justice and law with Kaplan University. In addition to English, she speaks French, Filipino and Italian on various levels. Jennifer thrives off of the entrepreneurial spirit and freedom of having her own business; plus the flexibility to pursue her passion for hobbies, such as scuba diving and horseback riding.
