Magill

Jenny Magill is an Americorps VISTA volunteer in Nashville, TN. She works with CASA Nashville, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting child abuse and neglect, as a Public Relations Associate. CASA trains volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates for children who have come to the attention of the juvenile justice system as a result of abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers serve as the voice of these children in court and act as positive role models at a time of critical need.

Jenny graduated from Vanderbilt University in May 2007 with a dual degree in Educational Studies and History, and she plans to take the next two years to gain work experience and evaluate her passions before going on to graduate school, possibly in nonprofit management and/or public policy. Jenny enjoys living in East Nashville and is an avid runner and cyclist.
