Jeremy Stamper is the man behind Stamper Enterprises, and Jeremy Stamper’s impressively full resume is the work behind the man. From pioneering a business that changed the rules of real estate to leading an online incorporation service company to be one of the country’s largest and most successful of its kind, Stamper is now adding to his list of accolades with a new business venture, Topic5 LLC.

As the founder and CEO of Topic5, Stamper is responsible for managing the overall operations, including web development, hiring, business development and marketing. With Topic5, Stamper is approaching business in a fresh way: making the decision to develop the company with no outside investment, and instead, using viral marketing and free media to build traffic rapidly.

This is not the first time Stamper has approached business with an arsenal of fresh ideas to change the industry. As CEO of Progressive Homesellers in 2005, Stamper created a plan to help save home sellers across the country thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. The company Stamper founded connects home sellers nationwide with prescreened agents at brokerages like Coldwell Banker and Prudential who take listings for a flat $3995 instead of the traditional 3% listing commission. Stamper’s involvement with Progressive Homesellers has taken the hassle out of listing a home, and has given consumers an alternative to the selling process.

Prior to Progressive Homesellers, Stamper was founder and CEO of The Delaware Company, an online incorporation services business. Stamper built the company into one of the country’s largest and most successful online incorporation services company of its kind. Stamper also led The Delaware Company to a successful acquisition by Wolters Kluwer (NL:WKL), a global multibillion-dollar revenue professional products and services corporation.

Jeremy graduated from Connecticut College where he majored in Government, and is now based in Seattle, Washington. Stamper’s exciting new venture, Topic5, will be ready for its site launch in Fall 2008.
