A former technical sales executive, Ms. Guziak started her recruiting career in 1999 as a sales recruiter. After three years, she opened Baystone Partners in Irvine, California. Her affiliation with Baystone lasted until 2009, when she relocated to Laguna Beach. She then founded her own firm, Reid Selby.

Outside of her work at Reid Selby, Jill Guziak has a keen interest in environmental causes and supports the Zero Trash Laguna initiative. Her hobbies include running as well as event and party planning. She is also the proud parent of two children.
