Jim Pielemeier has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business.

Jim Pielemeier, the President of KingdomArt Galleries and the 501©(3) charitable organization Legacies of Life, is a business executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of leadership experience. Legacies of Life, which Mr. Pielemeier founded, is devoted to assisting southern India’s parentless children. The charity has helped 40 children secure safe living situations, where they receive adequate nutrition, shelter, and clothing. It hopes to expand its work to other areas in the near future. KingdomArt Galleries, which Jim Pielemeier also oversees, represents artists whose work reflects Christian themes, including Akiane, a child prodigy featured on several national television programs.

Jim Pielemeier began his professional career after graduating from Western Washington University. He purchased the Stark Real Estate Corporation in 1976, after earning his real estate sales license in 1975. Mr. Pielemeier turned Stark Real Estate into one of the Bellingham, Washington, area’s most successful real estate sales and property management firms, employing a staff of 25 agents. While continuing to manage Stark Real Estate, Jim Pielemeier also established the New Life Construction Company, which built single- and multi-family residences in the Bellingham area. He also worked for 8 years at investment powerhouse Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he built and managed a client base worth $50 million dollars.

In 1990, Jim Pielemeier returned to the real estate industry and founded Chrysos Corporation, which developed numerous lots, involving thousands of acres, in Snohomish County, Washington. Chrysos Corporation eventually partnered with two other companies, the Cabadac Development Group and Taiwanese firm TAT USA. He was subsequently named President of Cabadac Corporation. Following Chrysos, Jim Pielemeier became Chief Executive Officer of the Hamco Corporation, where he successfully executed the completion of a struggling housing development. As an investor in Belize Land & Development, Ltd., he negotiated the purchase of the land that became The Plantation, regarded as one of Belize’s finest oceanfront real estate projects.

In his spare time, Jim Pielemeier enjoys playing competitive volleyball. He also enjoys photography, spending time with his dogs, and horseback riding.
