Joe Loiacano is a former infantryman with the United States Marine Corp. A soldier with the 1st Marine Division, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Special Operations Capable, Joe Loiacano trained at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island in South Carolina, and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Southern California. Designated to a special operations helicopter unit, Joe Loiacano ran missions in the Persian Gulf during “Operation Southern Watch” in the mid-1990s. Joe Loiacano and his unit were responsible for protecting the air space in and around Iraq. During his time with the Marines, Joe Loiacano competed on the boxing team, spending months on end sparring and training for matches. A natural athlete, Joe Loiacano enjoys high-adrenaline activities, including bungee jumping and skydiving. A former Los Angeles County reserve firefighter, Joe Loiacano tested his athletic prowess fighting fires and administering emergency aid as an EMT. Joe Loiacano graduated from Foothill Fire Academy in La Verna, California. Around the time he was employed as a firefighter, Joe Loiacano began working part time in real estate. Joe Loiacano’s passion for realty and his desire to succeed propelled him to develop a wealth of rental properties across the country. Joe Loiacano eventually adapted his property investment tactics to take advantage of a growing foreclosure market in Las Vegas. While in Las Vegas, Joe Loiacano received some of the best real world experience he could have gotten as he initially struggled in the difficult market. Taking pleasure in giving back to others, Joe Loiacano made it a holiday tradition to pass out food to those less fortunate while living in Las Vegas. During a trip to the Philippines, Joe Loiacano also slept on the streets with homeless families and gave them what food and water he had. Today, Joe Loiacano is President of a small business outsourcing consultancy based in Boston. Combining his passion for real estate with his interest in business process outsourcing, Joe Loiacano assists real estate companies in accomplishing their goals through the use of overseas employees. Joe Loiacano continues to give back to the poor and divides his time among his business, charity work, and visiting with family and friends.
