The Vice President of Rusnov Realty Partners John Ghazoul possesses both a Jurisprudence Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toledo College of Law and the University of Toledo College of Business respectively. Prior to joining Rusnov Realty Partners’ executive management team, John Ghazoul was the Project Coordinator and Leader of Philadelphia’s National Commonlife Communities, where he held many of the same job responsibilities as at Rusnov Realty, the principal duty being to coordinate the construction and financing of independent and assisted living projects throughout New Jersey, Arizona and Ohio. University of Toledo alumnus John Ghazoul was the only person in both his Law School and Business School graduating classes to achieve a joint J.D. and M.B.A. degree in 1985. In addition, the high achieving scholar and the President of the school’s International Law Society passed the Ohio Bar Exam on first attempt. Following his successful completion of his degrees, General Motors sought John Ghazoul as their Labor Relations Negotiator, in which capacity he successfully reached local labor agreements and implemented the U.A.W. National Labor Agreement, as well as prepared legal briefs for the National Labor Relations Board. In 1989, John Ghazoul joined the Criminal Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s office as an Assistant Prosecutor, where he was in charge of prosecuting major trial cases, many of which involved instances of arson, rape, and/or murder. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s office, John Ghazoul served as outside Legal Counsel for IQS, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania until he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 1998. Ghazoul was actively involved in the corporation for nearly 10 years before joining National Commonlife Communities in 2002 and Rusnov Realty Partners in 2005.
