Founded in 2003, Goldener Executive Search Associates is a retained executive search firm specializing in the healthcare industries, specifically pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. As President of the company, John Goldener, M.D. uses his extensive practical experience in medical management to help companies find exactly the right candidate for senior-level executive positions. Prior to establishing Goldener Executive Search Associates, John Goldener, M.D. directed Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. As the head physician and manager of his own private practice, John Goldener, M.D. combined regular clinical duties with a variety of administrative functions, including hiring, training, and payroll management. In addition to directing Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line, John Goldener, M.D. served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics for Main Line’s Lankenau Hospital.
