In addition to supervising the daily operations of Shoreline Networks, John Gavin is responsible for managing sales and marketing directives and delineating the sales focus in accordance with market trends. Under John Gavin’s capable direction, revenues for Shoreline Networks have increased 80% per year since its incorporation.

Prior to creating Shoreline Networks, John Gavin spent 11 years serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Southland Micro Systems, Inc. During his time with Southland Micro Systems, John Gavin gained invaluable industry experience, in addition to sharpening his executive managerial skills.

Possessing a deep-rooted community spirit, John Gavin has a passion for helping others, particularly children. While in college John Gavin was a member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, where he realized how vitally important it is to encourage children to reach their ultimate potential by setting a positive example. Continuing in this vein, John Gavin works as a volunteer coach for the Shooting Stars lacrosse team, Victory Lacrosse, and the Laguna Beach Little League. In addition to his community service endeavors, John Gavin is a charitable man who donates generously to organizations such as Goodwill, the Red Cross, and World Vision.
