John Payne is a seasoned executive in the web industry in Silicon Valley. Most well-known for being the Founder and CEO of Stamps.com, John has since worked as an exec with a variety of companies and currently is the CEO of CircleUp, Inc. He is a 1987 graduate of UC Irvine.
