I am an experienced and energetic television news executive who thrives on creativity. I am always looking for an original approach to producing television, web and smart phone content as well as
utilizing other technologies and social platforms to effectively and efficiently disseminate content. I truly understand the importance of giving consumers relevant content on demand.

I have experience on both sides of the camera. I enjoy mentoring and developing journalists helping them adapt and understand an ever changing business. I believe in journalism that is fair, balanced
and grounded in fact. High ethical standards are a must.

I have held news director positions from Pasco, Washington to Buffalo, New York. Prior to management, I have worked as a senior assignment editor, field producer, producer, photographer,
reporter and anchor in various newsrooms including WBBM-TV in Chicago, KTVI-TV in St. Louis and WBNS-TV in Columbus, Ohio.

I am a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
