Jonathan Stegall earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Clemson University in 2000 and went on to earn a master’s degree in Physiology from Georgetown University in 2005. Most recently, he was awarded the doctor of medicine degree by the Medical University of South Carolina. Jonathan also completed a summer research internship at Harvard Medical School’s Osher Institute, and spent another summer at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He served on the American College of Physicians’ Council of Student Members, including terms as Chair and Vice Chair. In addition to his involvement with ACP, Jonathan maintains membership in the Society of General Internal Medicine and the American College for Advancement in Medicine. He will be doing his residency training in internal medicine at Greenwich Hospital/Yale University School of Medicine.
