[06/03/2010] Jose Expedito M. Garcia is a lawyer admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York and in the Philippines. He finished his law degree (Bachelor of Laws) from the Ateneo de Manila Law School in the Philippines and his undergraduate degree (A.B. Political Science) from the De la Salle University in Manila. He was a former partner at a Virginia-based law firm and a former editor/contributor for a Washington, D.C.-based minority publication.

Mr. Garcia is a member of the American Bar Association and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. He is also an amateur blogger and a free-lance writer.
