Joseph J. Armato has shown an intense dedication to professionalism for over 22 years in the property casualty industry. He first learned about insurance and property casualty during his schooling at Sobelson School of Insurance in New York City. There Armato attained his Associate’s Degree in property casualty negotiations, and from there went to work in fire restoration and construction. Mr. Armato is now the president of his own company, Nationwide Contracting, Inc. In this position he oversees the work of his employees and also ensures that his clients are satisfied to the fullest extent. Joseph Armato has made it his personal goal to assist his customers, homeowners, in receiving appropriate compensation from insurance carriers for damage done to their properties by fire, floods, and wind. He has honed his superior negotiation skills to ultimately force insurance companies to pay the adequate amounts. Nationwide Contracting, Inc. works in conjunction with its clients and insurance companies in order to resolve disputes and restore insurance claims for multi-residential properties. His firm has shown a highly successful record over the years, boasting profits of $8 to $10 million per year in sales and repairing 40 to 60 properties per year. It is also a member of the Better Business Bureau and primarily does business in the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland County, and Manhattan areas of New York.

Joseph’s personal life is filled with admirable pursuits just as is his professional career. A family man at heart, he loves to spend quality time with his ten-year-old son and his wife to whom he has been married for ten years. In addition to family, Joseph J. Armato also values an active lifestyle. He likes scuba diving, riding his motorcycle, and practicing Tae Kwon Do. He also has contributed time and effort to New York City Harvest, a charity that works to benefit homeless people in New York. When he is not taking part in outdoor activities or hanging out with his family, Joseph likes to read John Grisham novels.
