Joseph Lancia possesses over two decades of executive management experience within the areas of manufacturing, finance, and business development. For the last seven years, Mr. Lancia operated as the CEO of Dispoz-o Products, Inc. When he joined Dispoz-o Products, Inc. in 2002, Joseph Lancia immediately found opportunities to make the profitable firm even more successful. To guard against imports chipping away at the firm’s commodity products manufacturing market share, Mr. Lancia restructured Dispoz-o Products, Inc. The resulting configuration was a distinct vertical sales and marketing setup that made full use of an existing 533,000-square-foot facility. Joseph Lancia increased Dispoz-o Products, Inc.’s revenues from USD $48 million in revenues and USD $7.2 million Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) to USD $112 million in organic company revenue, with USD $20.7 million EBITDA. Prior to his involvement with Dispoz-o Products, Inc., Joseph Lancia operated Strategic Investments. Strategic Investments was a boutique service company that specialized in carrying out mergers and acquisitions and provided integration support services. During his time with Strategic Investments, Mr. Lancia completed 42 acquisitions and divestitures and worked with notable firms like The Marmon Group and Thomas & Betts. Today, Joseph Lancia is the founder of Diversified Capital Holdings, LLC. In his current position, Mr. Lancia helps mid-size enterprises find equity capital. As a value investor, Joseph Lancia leverages his business experience to guide those companies regarding administrative, financial, and operational functions. Mr. Lancia received his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Southern Connecticut State College in New Haven, Connecticut. Outside of the office, Mr. Lancia keeps busy by operating as Chairman of the Thornblade Classic Golf Tournament. In addition, Joseph Lancia serves as a Board Member for Clemson University’s College of Business & Behavioral Science.
