Justin Etzin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Mahé, Seychelles-based development and investment company Seychelles Capital. The company uses a mixture of fundamental analysis with a pro-active approach with the chief goal of generating above average and risk-adjusted absolute rates of return. Justin Etzin’s presence and leadership within the company has been the key to its success. Etzin supervises nearly all aspects of the company’s operations, including marketing, strategy, financing, sales, PR, and company culture creation. With almost an entire lifetime of entrepreneurial experience and a fine-tuned expertise of running a business, Justin Etzin has set the direction for the company’s success. Justin Etzin currently oversees the development of a $400 million dollar eco project that will consist of a boutique hotel and spa with 20 freehold private residences. The project in the Seychelles will lie on a 40-acre estate nestled among the granitic rock shelves in the middle of the Morne Blanc National Park. The 20 $15,000,000 eco residences enclose extensive grounds with mountain spring water feeding each property. The project is in development stages and is planned for completion in 2012. Etzin’s company also owns a cutting-edge marketing company providing support for the various franchise operations that they license around the world. These operations include business and conference venues along with full catering and production facilities. Before launching Seychelles Capital, Justin Etzin founded Altitude Broadcasting & Corporate Studios in London, which provided modern corporate space to the business community. The brand was launched in the UK by The leader of the Conservative Party, The Rt Hon David Cameron. Etzin also founded Salt & Pepper Private Food Design, a catering service for high-end venues. Based in New Covent Garden Market, the company will soon launch an organic food delivery service in early 2009. Justin Etzin is also the Founder of The Etzin Foundation. The Etzin Foundation supports and funds a variety of charitable projects and aid organizations. The Etzin Foundation is funded only by Justin Etzin’s contributions and does not accept donations. Justin also supports War Child International, Trees for Cities, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Justin Etzin is also a part of Amnesty International. In New York Justin Etzin is working with Entrepreneur and Philanthropist Russell Simmons and his charity The Diamond Empowerment Fund. The charity helps Africans help Africa. Justin Etzin will be hosting on behalf of the charity a celebrity fund raising event in early 2009. In the Seychelles, Etzin has supported the main hospital in the capital Mahe by working with the CEO of the Health Authority Mrs. Maryse Berlouis and providing laparoscopic equipment, which will enable the hospital to carry out Key Hole Surgery for the first time in The Seychelles.
