Over the past 30 years, Mrs. Karen Nichols Hoppe has built a reputation for being committed to the health and well being of others.
Mrs. Karen Nichols-Hoppe leverages over 30 years of nursing experience toward her current role as President and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) at Splendid Faces. Splendid Faces is a skin care facility that provides cosmetic injections for spa and salon clients. Karen Nichols-Hoppe began her career in Aesthetic Nursing at About Face SkinCare, LLC in 2005. At About Face SkinCare, Karen Nichols-Hoppe excelled at providing services like facials, cosmetic injections, LED treatments, and medical-level peels. In 2008, About Face Skin Care changed its name to Splendid Faces to reflect the current business direction of the company. Karen Nichols-Hoppe has also served as Vice President and ARNP at Counseling Services, Inc. since 1983. Counseling Services is a private counseling practice Karen Nichols-Hoppe operates with her husband Ken Nichols-Hoppe, a Clinical Psychologist. Karen Nichols-Hoppe, who has prescriptive authority, provides medication evaluation and management for individuals, groups, and families. Passionate about helping others, Karen Nichols-Hoppe began her career in nursing in 1972 as a Registered Nurse at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. After nearly six years at Swedish Medical Center, Karen Nichols-Hoppe was offered a position at the Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center, where she initially garnered valuable experience working as a float nurse. Mrs. Nichols-Hoppe soon moved on to the position of Infant ICU Staff Nurse, where she provided nursing care for premature babies and other infants up to a year old. Karen Nichols-Hoppe laid the foundation for her professional success with her extensive educational achievements. Eager to become as educated in her field as possible, Karen Nichols-Hoppe holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Washington. Karen Nichols-Hoppe earned her Esthetician’s license in 2006 from the Euro Institute of Skin Care, where she became certified in Makeup Artistry and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Additionally, Karen Nichols-Hoppe is a Certified National Injection Specialist. Karen Nichols-Hoppe continues to take workshops and programs to broaden her skills and enable her to provide clients with the best care possible. Mrs. Karen Nichols-Hoppe currently resides in Edmonds, Washington.
