A real estate investor based in Tampa, Florida, Keith Knutsson founded Integrale Capital Partners in 2005. Serving as the Managing Director, Keith Knutsson oversees all real estate investment projects undertaken by the firm and is currently concentrating on developing properties located on the coast of Florida. Seeking to capitalize on recent market downturns, Keith Knutsson has initiated several large-scale projects, including a mixed-use development along the coast in north Florida, a 162-acre waterfront development in Tampa.

With 20 years of experience working in American and European real estate markets, Keith Knutsson previously served as Sponsor Investor and Co-Director for Sodipierre Finance, a private equity group based in Paris, France. In that capacity, Keith Knutsson oversaw the real estate investment division of a prominent real estate holder. He also worked as a Consultant for several Paris-based companies. Earlier in his career, Keith Knutsson held the position of Vice President for Dollar Rent A Car, Inc. of Florida. Keith Knutsson earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Keith Knutsson also has a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Columbia University.

As an undergraduate student, he studied business administration at Emory University. Keith Knutsson has spoken as a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School; the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles; Emory University; and INSEAD. He has lectured on topics such as entrepreneurship, business development, and international business.
