Kelli Clifton is a currently a Master of Health Administration candidate at The Ohio State University. Her academic interests include quality of care benchmarking initiatives, patient satisfaction, physician alignment and comparative effectiveness research.

As a 2007 graduate of The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Kelli studied abroad to South Africa and Lesotho where she researched and published works on the availability of mental health services to Apartheid veterans in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

In addition to her study abroad, Kelli has traveled to Ghana where she studied the effects of aflatoxin and other mycotoxins on West African agricultural crops. In 2001, Kelli studied in Costa Rica analyzing the socio-economic benefits of Eco-tourism within the Costa Rican rain forest and coastal regions.

After graduation, Kelli was employed by the UNC Health Care System in Chapel Hill, NC. Currently, Kelli is employed by the Ohio State University Medical Center where she serves as a Graduate Administrative Associate for a health system executive.

After the completion of her graduate studies, Kelli aspires to be a product and service line consultant for healthcare organizations and providers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and digital photography.
