As the pastor’s wife at Gracepoint Fellowship Church, Kelly Kang directs the congregation through various ministries. Kelly Kang serves her fellow members by counseling and supporting them through prayer, meetings, and shared devotionals. Partnering with her husband as he leads Gracepoint Fellowship Church, Kelly Kang ministers throughout the church wherever she can. Kelly Kang welcomes others to experience a passionate, Christ-centered life as lived out in Gracepoint Fellowship Church. Proving that trust in God’s providence will lead a person in the right direction, Kelly Kang experienced one of God’s plans for her life, by marrying her husband, Pastor Ed. Kelly Kang’s role as a pastor’s daughter propelled her to assert that she would never become a pastor’s wife due to its demanding job description and the pressure it places on family life. Years later, Kelly Kang met a law student who would go on to specialize in real estate law. After they married, Kelly Kang and her lawyer husband, Ed, received callings to preach and minister the Word of God. Over 20 years later, Kelly Kang, lawyer-turned-pastor Ed, and their three children are now blessed to be part of God’s work at Gracepoint Fellowship Church. Kelly Kang earned her double baccalaureate in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC San Diego and entered the industry as a software engineer. After a decade conducting fieldwork in the Bay Area, Kelly Kang joined Gracepoint Fellowship Church’s ministry full time. Kelly Kang leads meetings with the church staff, as well as plans various meetings, courses, and services on a daily bases. In addition to her organizational duties at Gracepoint Fellowship Church, Kelly Kang provides guidance, counseling, prayer, and support to the entire congregation.
