new to bigsight41Kelly has over 13 years of sales & marketing, project & event management experience. From Toronto, Canada, Kelly began her career with the country’s largest radio and TV broadcaster, CHUM Limited, working at 104.5 CHUMFM and CityTv in music research, and then promotions department. Later joined Core Audience Entertainment, now part of Live Nation Canada managing live events & experiential marketing programs for clients including Labatt Breweries of Canada, during which time also produced 5 Marketing & Promotional videos. Kelly went to work for Labatt Breweries of Canada for 3+ years in Customer Marketing Manager roles in 3 different selling channels, to help grow business for key customers, while increasing sales & developing the brand equity of various Labatt products & programs. Before leaving Canada for the US, Kelly was Executive Producer of BudTV, a live and taped TV feature that aired in Western Canada. After moving to Northwest Arkansas, Kelly was employed at Tyson Foods, Inc. as a Customer & Brand Marketing Manager, helping to launch the new “Powering” campaign, as well as worked with strategic regional customers implementing sell-through programs for new products within the Foodservice business unit. Kelly followed her entrepreneurial spirit in 2005 to help create and was co-owner of Northwest Arkansas’s first outdoor music amphitheater, The Arkansas Music Pavilion. While managing the music pavilion, was responsible for business development, marketing strategy, sponsorship, as well as event & venue staffing. In that time frame, Kelly also booked over 15 national headlining acts including OneRepublic, The Black Crowes, The All American Rejects. For the last 2 years, Kelly has also been managing her own business called MyShow Productions, LLC, with focus on marketing & sales consulting, project and event management. She has been hired for the last 2 years by The Coca-Cola Company to work on a global initiative, rolling out two new brands in the premium-brewed beverage category. In her spare time Kelly is one of the founding board members of The Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals, a non-profit organization dedicated to offering professional development of members, and raising funds for student scholarships. |
