Beginning his career as a tax consultant for Ernst & Young, Kelly Sleeter demonstrated early on he was a capable and trusted business partner. Responsible for helping company’s transition from being an “S Corp” to a “C Corp,” Kelly Sleeter worked with extreme efficiency and skill. After succeeding at Ernst & Young, Kelly Sleeter took on a position as a real estate consultant for Qwest Wireless. In his role, Kelly Sleeter helped Qwest comply with the numerous zoning restrictions and leasing permits necessary to expand its wireless network.

From there, Kelly Sleeter branched out to found his own business, Southern Central Title, LLC. Recognized as an accomplished and well-respected business leader in the Richmond, Virginia area, Kelly Sleeter’s skills have served him well as a business executive. As the leader of Southern Central Title, Kelly Sleeter has developed an excellent reputation for providing the finest title insurance and settlement service possible. Considered the fastest growing agent in the state of Virginia, Kelly Sleeter was marked with distinction for his success by the well-respected national company LandAmerica Financial Group.

Kelly Sleeter’s success is undoubtedly due to his considerable achievements as a scholar. Beginning his education at Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Kelly Sleeter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. An eight-time member of the Dean’s List, Kelly Sleeter was also a part of Carroll College’s varsity basketball team. Subsequently, Kelly Sleeter pursued an education in law and business at Hamline University and the University of St. Thomas, respectively. At both schools, Kelly Sleeter excelled and showed the kind of high-level commitment that would mark his later success in business.

Outside of work, Kelly Sleeter is an active supporter of numerous charities, including the MS Society and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. In his free time, Kelly Sleeter enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hunting, hiking, and fishing.
