A real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience, Ken Losch currently serves as a principal and co-founder of Trillium Residential and related Trillium projects, a multifaceted real-estate firm headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Ken Losch has been a member of the Tempe Historical Society, the Arizona Multihousing Association, and the Urban Land Institute, Losch combines years of experience with a unique vision of modern lifestyle. Under the joint leadership of Ken Losch, Trillium Residential, consistently completes impressive developments and garners a host of accolades. Ken Losch devotes himself to the harmonious growth of all aspects of Trillium Residential and is responsible for planning and execution of the company’s many projects. Trillium Residential develops luxury multi-family communities that bring its residents together through innovative design and architecture. During his tenure at Trillium Residential, the firm a number of awards, among them the National Apartment Association’s PARAGON Award, Arizona Multihousing Association’s Best Team and Community for Properties Built 2000 – 2004, Arizona Multihousing Association’s Developer’s Award for Best Community Design, and the Arizona Small Business Association’s Companies to Watch Award. Outside of his role at Trillium Residential, Ken Losch leads a well-balanced lifestyle of philanthropy and hobbies. Ken Losch serves as a founding member of the nonprofit TRACares Foundation, an organization that works toward lasting economic and social development in communities lacking strong resources. Losch is instrument flight rules (IFR) rated pilot who has logged than 1,800 flight hours. A proud father of three, Ken Losch enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife Lori Losch and children. He resides in Tempe with his family.
