Keva Silversmith has built up an impressive record of personal and professional accomplishments. He earned a BA from the University of Michigan, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MA from Emerson College.

His professional career is just as impressive. Mr. Silversmith began his employment history working for the Florida Hillel Council as its director of communications and development. His ability to work seamlessly with the Council’s multiple branches and to coordinate communications between the Council and the communities it served prepared Silversmith for his next role as the director of corporate communication for Perry Ellis International.

At Perry Ellis, Keva Silversmith acted as a communications liaison between the employees at twenty separate domestic and international locations. He was responsible for the creation of the company’s intranet communications, which linked together over 2000 employees. He was also responsible for communications between the corporation and media.

Most recently, Silversmith served as spokesman for the Burger King Corporation, where he worked directly with the media on a variety of marketing and corporate issues. He was also a contributor to internal communications projects including executive speeches and the company newsletter.

In his free time, Keva is a health and fitness enthusiast, and has run the fitness blog gymsanity since January of 2007. He currently contributes fitness editorials to the online magazine ezinearticles.
