Kevin attended the University of Virginia, where he attained a BA in English Literature. After graduating, he worked in the publishing industry for a year and a half as Coordinating Editor at LexisNexis. At LexisNexis, he was responsible for the generation, editing, and publishing of numerous state administrative code materials. Kevin joined the Hanover Research Council as a Content Analyst in April of 2007.
