Having grown up in Ireland, Kevin Fallon returned to the United States to attend Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1979, Kevin Fallon joined General Electric Company as a Technical Sales Engineer and Marketing Coordinator. During his three years at General Electric, Kevin Fallon advanced quickly through the company’s training programs before being promoted to marketing and field sales positions. In this capacity, Kevin Fallon was a member of a product launch team for a new manufacturing control system that is currently worth more than one billion dollars in annual revenue for General Electric. From his early career with General Electric, Kevin Fallon went on to establish All-Control Systems, a Philadelphia technology firm at which Kevin Fallon served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Kevin Fallon’s achievements at All-Control Systems included increasing revenues to $12 million per year, developing market share, and authoring the company’s sale to TAVA Technologies, Inc. During this time, Kevin Fallon also earned his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Following the sale of All-Control Systems to TAVA Technologies, Kevin Fallon acted as the merged company’s Chief Operating Officer and president of two divisions. In this position, Kevin Fallon led the Colorado corporation in expanding its revenue from $32 million per year to $100 million per year. One of Kevin Fallon’s most visible roles was as the President of the Internet startup MX Logic, Inc. The Denver, Colorado, company, one of the first major e-mail security service providers, grew its revenues under Kevin Fallon’s leadership from $240,000 to $4.5 million per year.
