With ambitions to establish his own real estate brokerage firm, Kevin Kienholz completed the Mortgage Associates Program in 2010 at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada. Mortgage associates serve a crucial role in assisting consumers as they make informed choices in researching and attaining financing for properties. As a prerequisite for Mortgage Associate licensing in Alberta, Canada, the program consists of two mandatory courses: The Fundamentals of Mortgage Brokerage (administered by the Real Estate Council of Alberta) and The Practice of Mortgage Brokerage. Consistent with program requirements, Kevin Kienholz passed the provincial qualifying exam. As the owner of three properties, two of which generate rental income, he has attained personal life experience in the area of real estate.

Before undertaking the Mortgage Associates Program, Kevin Kienholz also began coursework at Mount Royal University in the Professional Finance & Investing Programs. The courses aid individuals in preparing for careers as securities sales representatives or t expanding the knowledge base of personal investors. Before making a transition to another career, Kevin Kienholz worked as a contractor for Allied Construction, a company performing industrial, commercial, and institutional construction services.

A long-time soccer player and an avid sports fan, Kevin Kienholz follows the Cyclones in the Calgary United Soccer Association. He also enjoys watching hockey, especially the Canucks from his home province of British Columbia. He participates in activities involving swimming, weightlifting, and dirt biking.
