Kevin graduated from the University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences in May of 2001, majoring in Economics and Government. While at UVA Kevin co-founded Spectrum Theatre and produced many shows including Romeo and Juliet, Lysistrata and Voices of the Class. He was also an active tutor with the Boosters program at Madison House and a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. During the third year of his degree, Kevin co-launched his own company called Student Storage Solutions. The company provided a service that picked up, and stored, the bulk of a student’s belongings during the summer months in which they were not residing at university. Kevin also served as Class Giving Chair of the Fourth Year Class trustees, helping to break the previous years’ records for participation and total dollars raised. His professional experience began in DC as an Economic Analyst at a law firm working in a risk arbitrage practice where his background with Prof. Elzinga’s antitrust class was essential. Kevin was hired on as a consultant for one of the company’s clients, The Gold Group, with whom he still works about 15 hours a week. Kevin also pursued his passion in literature, working with a national literacy organization called First Book, where he has been for two years. The organisation helps to distribute new books to children from low-income families.
