Kim Pompey has served as a Customer Vice President at Avery Dennison, Sales since 2008. A valuable asset to the company, Kim Pompey has held a number of roles within the organization over the last nine years and seven months. For a number of months, Kim Pompey successfully led Customer Innovation as Director, and has also been Director of Emerging Markets Marketing, Director of Marketing Europe for Avery Dennison Office Products, and Director of Trade Marketing.

Prior to her arrival at Avery Dennison, Kim Pompey made strong contributions to Disney Consumer Products as Director of Retail Marketing. Kim Pompey spent an additional six years at Calvin Klein Cosmetics/Unilever and played pivotal roles as Area Sales Director, UK Marketing Manager, and Global Brand Manager.

Kim Pompey received her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and also holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University in the City of New York. Kim Pompey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Cornell University.
