Experienced ManagerPhiladelphia, PennsylvaniaKoben Miceli has 18 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has served companies around the world. He began at Partners HealthCare, where he first worked as a Supply Chain Analyst. Once he completed his MBA, he was hired by Avery Dennison Corporation in 1997 and worked in a number of jobs in their Leadership Development program. This program was essential for Koben Miceli, exposing him to a wide range of responsibilities and strategies. He passed through with some major accomplishments, drastically cutting lead-times, reducing raw materials inventories, and improving cell productivity. In 1999, he accepted a position at Black & Decker as Supply Chain Manager, managing a supply chain that included factories in the US and in Asia (China and Taiwan). From there, Koben Miceli went to Honeywell, where he worked as a Plant Manager in the Aerospace division and also started up one new factory in Malaysia and expanded two factories (one in Mexico and one in Central Europe). Following this, he served a stint at KPMG Consulting, LLC, consulting on strategy and supply chain information systems as well as process development. From 2002 to 2004, Koben Miceli functioned as a Manager at The Stanley Works in Dallas, overseeing the Manufacturing and Supply Chain area. His task at The Stanley Works was to turn around a $125 million division, and over the course of his time there, he cut down customer backorders by 90% and instigated a $10 million increase in sales. Some of the changes he introduced included modifications of the operational, supply chain, purchasing, and information systems. More recently, Koben Miceli has worked in a number of positions at Honeywell International Inc., including Plant Manager, Supply Chain Process Leader, and Senior Director of Globalization Strategy. His work in this area enabled Honeywell to create three new factories in Central Europe, Mexico, and Malaysia. Currently serving as General Manager at Catalent, Inc., in Philadelphia, Koben Miceli graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 2001 with a Master of Science in Information Technology.
