Kyra Dosch-Klemer has always loved doing anything creative but after chickening out of going to art school she majored in Art History at Rutgers University. She loved learning about the various facets of art and immersed herself in slides and papers. After graduating in 1997 she found herself unsure of how she would use her degree and she felt the need to be creative instead of studying other’s creativity. It was then that she was introduced to graphic design and it was love at first try. From there she took classes and read tons of books on graphic design as well as web design.

Since then, she’s been designing websites as well as creating print pieces. The combination of visual creativity and writing code is what she’s passionate about and she loves the ever changing quality of the web.

Most recently, she has been diving into Joomla! and is enjoying learning the ins and outs of content management systems, while letting the PHP gurus build the modules and make the other side of the magic happen.
