Larry Bullard laid the foundation for his current career with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from a Baptist college. Well equipped with this degree, he became the Senior Communicator at The Vine, a community center in Augusta, Georgia. Since 1996, Larry Bullard has contributed his talents to The Vine through his leadership and pastoral care work as a teacher, speaker, and trainer. In this capacity, Larry Bullard has helped mentor and guide many in his community, often serving as a coach for a wide range of people, including recovering addicts to young men who have entered ministry.

That same year, Larry Bullard also began giving his own trademark LIFE Seminars. In these seminars, he incorporates everything from professional information to leadership training, traveling between corporate, community, and religious venues and also offering personalized coaching.
