Laura Dudney is a 3rd year associate with Boult Cummings, one of Nashville’s largest law firms. She assists with a wide range of business litigation matters on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients. She advises clients on business matters relating to contracts, agreements and other business relationships. Laura also assists in the areas of intellectual property and construction litigation and is actively involved in representing the firm’s health care clients in connection with commercial matters and physician disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at the University of Tennessee, Laura was the Judge George Caldwell Taylor Memorial Scholarship recipient as well as the George S. Child Sr. and Helen M. Child Memorial Law Scholarship recipient. Laura earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Appalachian State University in 2002. During undergraduate school, Laura was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and earned The Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award.
