Kort and Scott Financial Group is a leading owner and operator of manufactured home communities throughout the U.S. From 1994 to 1996, Marwit partnered with the principals of the Company to acquire three mobile home parks totaling 766 residential sites in California, Colorado, and Arizona. Each of these properties was sold to management or third-party buyers from 1998 to 2002, at which times Marwit sold its interests and fully realized its investments.
