Initially joining Berkshire Blanket as a consultant, Lee G. Wachter has since become an integral member of the company. Lee G. Wachter’s successful implementation of a twice-failed ERP system led to a permanent leadership position with the company. Lee G. Wachter has garnered numerous other accomplishments with Berkshire Blanket, including restructuring the organization, spearheading the transition to a new third party logistics company, and instituting standardized global forecasting capabilities.

Wachter also held roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Cendant, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Diageo North America, and Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Olympus America.
